I went to a private high school and graduated valedictorian.  I didn’t realize that good grades were only half of the battle. I left one of the most prestigious colleges after one semester. A2G convinced me that they would guide me through three years if I reenrolled and they did. A2G stopped me from becoming an intelligent person without a degree. —Stephanie

I totally understood the college application process. But time was not on my side! A2G was responsible for completing my applications and financial aid packages without me even having to worry about deadlines. I had more time for things I wanted to do during my senior year. I wasn't sure what colleges would allow me to build my own major or what colleges wanted as far as extracurricular activities. A2G not only found the colleges where I could build my own curriculum, but A2G also assisted me in finding activities to enhance my college volunteer list. I have narrowed my colleges down to three — Illinois weather is too cold in the winter, ditto for New York, Florida is warm year round... maybe I have decided! —Dahlia

My mom was sick most of my high school years, and my grades reflected it. I didn't think I had a chance of getting into a reputable college. A2G completed my applications and reviewed my college essays. Not only did I get into several top-notch schools— I won a $5000 scholarship for my essay! —Joseph

I have cerebral palsy. Although my counselors
did not discourage me from attending college, they certainly pointed out how difficult it would be for me to find a college that would accommodate me from a “realistic” standpoint. A2G worked with me for months finding colleges that would accommodate my special needs. I think my parents were more surprised than I was when we were presented with so many options. I am the first generation to attend college in my family. My school counselor gave me several brochures and encouraged me to apply to colleges. The whole process overwhelmed me. A2G was worth every cent! I got accepted into the college of my choice! If I have anything to say about it the second generation will use A2G too! —Vanessa

Did you know that once your kid is in college, you are not allowed to inquire about his or her grades The college considers them adults. A2G was able to enhance the lines of communication between the college and my student. I could have never figured it out without their help. —Elaine...thankful parent
